• Turn community into a content engine. Work with the team to launch a founder spotlight series, capture event conversations worth sharing, and build an always-on storytelling flywheel. Content gives founders visibility and that creates organic reach for Seapoint.
• Activate an ambassador programme. Identify and develop community champions who generate authentic content and drive organic referrals. The founders who tell other founders to use Seapoint.
• Drive qualified pipeline into the GTM motion. Community at Seapoint is not brand-only. You will work closely with the sales team to turn warm relationships into qualified introductions and community-sourced leads.
• Feed founder insights back to product and GTM. The community is one of our sharpest listening channels. Surface what you are hearing so the product and messaging keep getting sharper.

• Partner with the team to build things founders love. Work with engineering and sales to create tools, calculators, or resources that deliver standalone value to founders and drive inbound organically
• Enable the GTM team. Develop sales decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and partner materials that are sharp, current, and written to convert
• Run a high-velocity experiment programme. Use AI and automation to spin up experiments quickly across channels, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does
• Set the marketing foundation. Brand voice, messaging frameworks, channel strategy, and metrics that matter, built to scale rather than just tick boxes
