Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for Finance, Administration and IT, including their strategic development
Management of the finance function including annual planning, budget monitoring, liquidity management and financial statements
Ensuring transparent, proper and purpose-bound use of donation funds in collaboration with Executive Management and Fundraising
Further development of efficient administrative processes, compliance structures and internal interfaces
Responsibility for reliable organizational and financial administration including documentation, reporting and governance
Close collaboration with Executive Management on financial, organizational and strategic decisions
Requirements
Several years of experience in an administrative leadership role, ideally also in a non-profit or association context
Leadership skills with a passion for developing staff
Strong knowledge of financial management, budget planning, accounting and financial analysis
Understanding of association law, internal administration and donation management
Interest in digital organization and IT structures
Ability to present complex topics clearly and to prepare well-founded decisions
Confident use of finance and administration software and experience managing external service providers
Availability to work regularly at our office in Regensburg
Very good German; good English
