Responsibilities
Sales Operations: You support the smooth execution of operational and administrative processes across the entire customer lifecycle – from maintaining customer data in our systems and creating reports on sales performance to continuously improving our processes.
Interface function: In close collaboration with Marketing, Presales, Consulting and Support, you help to effectively support and continuously improve sales activities.
Customer communication: You are the primary contact for new and existing customers, prepare customer conversations and conduct them – both independently and in close coordination with specialists.
Contract management: You prepare contract documents and proposals, coordinate their dispatch and signature, and follow up on open offers; you serve as the first point of contact for contractual or organizational questions.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in inside sales, ideally at a software company
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Structured, meticulous working style and a high level of personal responsibility
Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with data
Highly team-oriented and enthusiastic about software and AI
Advantageous: experience with ERP or financial software
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Understanding of software contracts and business models (e.g., licensing and maintenance, SaaS, etc.)
