About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
- Update customer records.
- Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date.
- Direct users to the appropriate pages on the Portal according to requested services.
- Clarify clients' questions about products and services.
- Provide customer service and register new clients.
- Assist in maintaining the database (customer registration).
- Carry out technical product promotion.
- Provide support to clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp with information about processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in working with computerized systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to focus on tasks.
- Must have at least 1 year remaining to complete your degree / be available to intern for a minimum of 1 year.
