Responsibilities
Teknisk support og sparring til Scanias forhandlere og Scania´s globale teams
Arbejde med systemer og hjælpeværktøjer som hjælper med kommercielle og tekniske beslutninger
Analyse af køretøjsspecifikationer og tekniske løsninger til kunder og værksteder
Hjælpe Scania Danmark med opfølgning på produktkvalitet og forbedringsforslag mod de globale teams for at sikre oppetid for kunderne
Bidrag til teknisk og kommerciel træning af forhandlernetværket
Analyse af flådekunders værkstedsbesøg med fokus på effektivisering og bedre kundeløsninger
Requirements
Har en teknisk uddannelse (fx mekaniker, Tekniker, maskiningeniør, maskintekniker eller lignende)
Har interesse for lastbiler, teknik og systemer – Praktisk erfaring med værkstedsdrift er en fordel, men ikke et krav
Har en god forretnings- og systemforståelse og kan se sammenhænge
Er komfortabel med MS Office og har let ved at lære nye digitale værktøjer
Kommunikerer klart på dansk og engelsk (svensk er en fordel, men ikke et krav)
