Responsibilities
Define and execute a product-first, full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with business and product goals
Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for a web-based EdTech product
Drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and LTV growth
Establish clear KPIs and OKRs across the marketing funnel and ensure consistent execution
Own demand generation across paid, organic, content, partnerships, and lifecycle channels
Build data-driven processes for ROI tracking, funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and experimentation
Lead growth experiments, A/B testing frameworks, and rapid iteration loops
Partner with Analytics to define attribution, segmentation, and reporting standards
Build, scale, and manage the marketing organization from scratch
Hire and mentor senior leaders and specialists across marketing disciplines
Partner with Product on go-to-market strategy, feature launches, pricing, and user insights
Own brand strategy, storytelling, and tone of voice across all channels
Requirements
5+ years in senior marketing leadership roles (CMO, Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, Growth Lead)
Proven experience in product-led growth, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or web-based platforms
Strong track record of building and scaling marketing teams from scratch
Deep expertise in full-funnel marketing: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in modern marketing analytics and experimentation
Strong understanding of digital growth ecosystems, performance channels, and lifecycle marketing
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution in fast-scaling environments
English level of B2 or higher
