Responsibilities
- Propose, design and lead research initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Ensure quality, methodological rigor and ethical standards in research processes.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable and strategic insights.
- Facilitate and participate in ideation and rapid validation processes, including prototypes and tests in schools/partner organizations.
- Collaborate closely with product, pedagogy, marketing and commercial teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and new research lines.
- Support coordination in preparing internal training for product teams on topics related to the education market and product culture.
- Contribute to the design of products with innovative, inspiring learning journeys that are connected to real market challenges.
Requirements
- More than two years of experience in research, product, UX research, educational innovation or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Pedagogy), Human or Social Sciences, Psychology, Data Science, UX Research or related fields.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on decision-making.
- Excellent synthesis skills and data-driven storytelling.
- Experience with basic education, edtechs, and educational products.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and discovery and prototyping processes.
- Experience supporting internal training or corporate learning programs.
- Basic level of English or Spanish.
