About the role

Requirements
- Completed vocational training and/or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR processes/process optimization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong intrinsic motivation and an independent, structured way of working
- Confident user of MS Office and HR software (ideally PERSONIO)
