Responsibilities
Supports the administration and daily operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Assists with asset management initiatives to ensure system continuity, capability, and optimization.
Supports configuration updates, system changes, and integrations related to CMMS technologies.
Maintains CMMS and related technologies to ensure reliability and ongoing performance.
Monitors system functionality and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and usability.
Completes CMMS data entry and ongoing system updates.
Maintains reliable asset and maintenance records to support operational needs.
Develops, maintains, and updates CMMS reports and dashboards.
Responds to and resolves CMMS-related technical issues.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to support CMMS and asset management operations.
Requirements
One year of progressively responsible experience in airport operations systems management or associated systems
Associate degree or technical training, or a major in computer science, management information systems, or a closely related field
Equivalent combination of training and experience.
Successful completion of a fingerprint-based background investigation, training, and testing required for employment and operation of Authority and San Diego County physical security, surveillance, radio, and telecommunications equipment.
Preferred Licenses: MCSE, CCNA, PMP, CompTIA, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Certified Support Professional.
One year experience using Trimble Unity (formerly CityWorks), and Feature Manipulation Engine (FME)
