Responsibilities
Plan, control and monitor cleaning processes
Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the cleaning team
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the service specification
Responsible for inventory management and budget administration
Work closely with clients, colleagues and partners
Develop and implement optimization measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a leadership position within building cleaning
Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems
Class B driving license
Hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
Organizational talent and a strong sense of responsibility
