Responsibilities
- Support the operational production of events, assisting in the development of schedules, checklists, and briefings.
- Make initial contact with suppliers, request quotes, align basic requirements, and track deliveries.
- Assist with setup, teardown, and operational logistics, ensuring organization and a proper workflow of activities.
- Monitor internal requests, support administrative tasks, and assist with the department's budget control.
- Provide support in coordinating third-party teams and overseeing studios, recordings, or simple activations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and post-event support documents.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Audiovisual, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of event production (planning, logistics, and operations).
- Basic project management knowledge (schedules, checklists).
- Basic understanding of marketing and communications.
- Basic administrative skills (cost control, simple budgets).
