Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison for our German speaking clients, focusing on retaining salons by demonstrating the continuous value of integrating Salonkee's solutions into their operations.
Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to more comprehensive packages and introduce them to our payment services, and additional functionalities
Develop an in-depth understanding of Salonkee’s software to provide expert guidance on its extensive features and benefits
Systematically collect and channel client feedback to our product development team to refine and enhance our offerings, ensuring our solutions align with market needs and client expectations.
Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the full capabilities of Salonkee's software, reinforcing the value it adds to their business.
Proactively identify any potential risks that might affect client satisfaction or engagement and address these issues promptly to maintain high client retention rates.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English is required as well as French or Dutch
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Adept at working with software platforms, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate client issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
