Responsibilities
- Review existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, define options for improvement and work to implement the most productive solution.
- Assist in tracking of vendor SLAs, contact information and portal logins.
- Identify and determine file share and distribution list ownership, compile data and help build solution to maintain all future updates.
- Review Infrastructure and Operations policies for currency and modify as required to meet existing standards and define the versioning process. Help develop a Policy Review Board.
- Review current project requirements for transitioning to support and ensure project deliverables meet and include all operational requirements.
Requirements
- Pursuing a major in Information Technology or Computer Science as first degree from a higher education institute.
- Ability to navigate a computer desktop.
- Ability to analyze and trend data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
