Responsibilities
- Support contract creation, program documentation, and stakeholder coordination to accelerate alliance deal execution
- Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Alliance teams to prepare compliant quote packages
- Draft engagement artifacts including EAFs and quote documents to support Sales-led client discussions
- Coordinate with partner contacts and internal teams to align pricing, product, and delivery information
- Monitor opportunity progress from quote creation to contract execution and invoicing
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in commercial operations, client contracting, or alliance support
- Advanced level English (both oral & written)
- Excel & PowerPoint advanced level
- PowerBI: advanced level including dashboard creation from scratch
- Strongly analytical, detail oriented, effective communicator, proactive problem solver, business minded, self-efficient.
- Preferred skills: Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Forms, FlexForecast, Icertis, Einstein dashboards, GenAI tools are a plus
- Automations & PowerApps would be valued
