Sales Development Representative Lead at established SaaS company driving sales through strategic outreach. Automating data protection, risk management, and compliance processes for diverse sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify and source target customers: You research and identify potential corporate customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools.
Build target account lists: In close coordination with the Sales Operations team, you create and maintain structured account lists.
Actively engage decision-makers: You contact relevant stakeholders such as Data Protection Officers, Compliance Managers, or CISOs by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Execute outbound campaigns: You implement multi-touch outbound campaigns to generate interest and qualify leads.
Maintain data accuracy: You diligently manage your contacts and activities in the CRM system (Pipedrive) and ensure a clean data foundation.
Work closely with the sales team: Together with Account Executives, you coordinate appointments for product demos and initial meetings.
Requirements
Initial sales experience: You have experience in sales or lead generation—ideally in software or a SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills: You are persuasive on the phone and in writing—clear, personable, and goal-oriented.
Tool experience: You are familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and preferably have CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive).
Structured and self-motivated: You work independently, think structurally, bring a high level of initiative and are eager to build out the area.
Language skills: You speak German at native level and have good English skills.
