Responsibilities
You are responsible for planning and executing our own customer events as well as our trade show appearances
You structure the entire trade show and event process and continuously optimize it for efficiency
You handle on-site coordination, participant management, and ensure smooth execution
You negotiate with vendors, venues, and organizers
You create communication plans to promote events and for post-event follow-up, and you implement them
You craft the messaging for our exhibition stands tailored to the event’s target audience
Together with our agencies, you implement the exhibition stand and create smaller assets yourself, such as social media posts
You manage lead generation at events and ensure a clean handover to sales
You manage your own event budget
You apply for and manage co-funding (MDF) from Salesforce and ensure correct accounting
You maintain the relationship with the marketing contacts at Salesforce
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B event marketing or field marketing
Confident use of marketing and design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, event tools, CMS, email tools (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement) or similar)
Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead funnels
Experience in budget management
Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus
You are organized and can maintain oversight even during high‑pressure event phases
You have strong communication skills and can activate consultants and salespeople for your events
Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer events
