About the role
- Project Manager supporting strategic and operational projects at SAFTI. Collaborating with the General Management in executing innovative solutions and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Accompagner la Direction Générale dans ses réflexions stratégiques et son pilotage quotidien.
- Effectuer des diagnostics et analyses : études de marché, benchmarks, analyses concurrentielles, identification de nouveaux leviers de croissance.
- Piloter des projets transverses : déploiement de solutions, développement d’outils, démarches organisationnelles, projets d'innovation...
- Proposer et concrétiser des solutions innovantes (techniques, organisationnelles ou humaines) pour accélérer la croissance de SAFTI.
- Accompagner et fédérer des équipes projet, en fonction des enjeux.
Requirements
- Formation supérieure BAC + 5 (école de commerce, d'ingénieur...)
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le conseil en stratégie, entrepreneuriat ou la finance.
- Esprit analytique, sens de la synthèse et adaptabilité.
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives, à prioriser et à délivrer avec rigueur.
- Excellent relationnel et goût du travail en équipe qui font de vous un interlocuteur naturel auprès de toutes les parties prenantes.
