About the role
- Product Owner leading an agile product team at SAFTI, focusing on real estate project success. Collaborating with business and technical teams for product improvements and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between business teams, technical teams and senior management.
- Support the development team in understanding functional needs and priorities.
- Contribute to the product roadmap: gather requirements, identify opportunities, and propose high-value enhancements.
- Prepare and follow up on sprints: facilitate business workshops and refinement sessions, write User Stories, prioritize the product backlog in line with company strategy, and be present daily with the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies.
- Manage projects end-to-end and provide reporting to senior management.
- Communicate progress on the product and delivered features.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Digital, Engineering or Business School.
- Significant experience (minimum 3 years) as a Product Owner or in an equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (notably Scrum).
- Excellent communication skills and a pedagogical approach to engage stakeholders and teams.
- Curious, meticulous, autonomous and solution-oriented.
- Ability to anticipate and organize work to manage dependencies across various teams.
- Comfortable in an international environment and proficient in English (written and spoken).
