Responsibilities
Participate in the management, filing and archiving of legal documents
Contribute to updating documentation
Process mail and emails
Organize the department’s schedule: meetings, trainings, etc.
Provide versatile support to the legal team in its daily tasks (GDPR)
Prepare purchase orders and invoices
Ensure follow-up on legal billing
Requirements
Organized, meticulous and autonomous, you demonstrate strong reliability in handling files
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable supporting a range of stakeholders
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail in document formatting
Excellent spelling and written communication
Previous successful experience in real estate
Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3 or equivalent) in administration
