Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting firm, agency or studio
- Degree from a top engineering, business or design school
- Strong interest in experience design, technology and innovation
- Dual skill set: strategic vision and delivery-oriented mindset
- Proven track record in business development (account acquisition and growth)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong command of business fundamentals: profitability, staffing, program management and risk
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
