Responsibilities
You are responsible for the commercial management of projects in the field of construction logistics, including commercial contract review and administration.
You are responsible for project accounting (individual invoices, cumulative progress/advance invoices) in coordination with the client and project manager, as well as project controlling including post-calculation.
You communicate with clients and suppliers/subcontractors and provide advice on all commercial matters.
You handle complaints within change order and claims management and perform vendor invoice verification and accounting coding.
In addition, you support cost accounting for monthly and annual closings and the preparation of measurements and verification of performance.
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training, a degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification and ideally have already gained initial experience in project business.
You have good knowledge of MS Office programs.
Prior experience with RIB iTWO 4.0 and SAP is an advantage but not required.
Your willingness to contribute, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility distinguish you.
A high level of reliability and good communication skills are a matter of course for you.
