About the role
- Senior Deputy Task Order Manager at Leidos overseeing FAA task orders and team management. Engaging with FAA customers to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and scheduling of various programs/projects
- Assist with developing and administering task orders issued by FAA customers
- Ensure work requested under task orders are performed properly (cost—establishing task budgets, performing invoice analysis; schedule—tracking deliverables; services/products—ensuring customer requirements are met)
- Provide guidance to subordinates and ensure policies and procedures are effectively implemented
- Interface with FAA customer personnel, other contractor personnel, FAA GTIs, and other FAA customer representatives
- Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and personnel development
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience or equivalent
- Additional 4 years experience leading teams or projects
- Advanced level expertise with data analysis and reporting utilizing systems such as EXCEL
- Knowledge of Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN) sites, must be able to manage and maintain information
- Experience conducting research, evaluations, studies, and presenting recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
