About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial routines, ensuring correct execution of processes
- Lead financial process improvement projects, working cross-functionally with areas such as Accounting, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and IT
- Apply continuous improvement concepts, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, productivity increases, and risk mitigation
- Use project management methodologies (traditional and agile), ensuring: definition of scope, deadlines and resources, monitoring of schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Serve as functional reference for SAP, including: supporting operation of financial modules, participating in improvement, automation, or implementation projects, and interfacing with IT teams and consultants
- Support digital transformation initiatives, financial automation, and process standardization
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans when necessary
- Coordinate and develop the team, promoting a collaborative, results-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial roles, with emphasis on team leadership and routine treasury operations
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Excel
- Strong knowledge of project management and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, etc.). Six Sigma certification is a plus
