Responsibilities
Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and the senior leadership team, providing insights to guide decision-making, program management, and the execution of new initiatives.
Partner with the CEO to architect the Transform division's strategy and ensure its successful implementation through the wider Senior Leadership Team.
Drive M&A strategy by identifying and appraising potential acquisitions in partnership with the M&A team to accelerate growth.
Ensure the division remains on track to meet and exceed its strategic and financial objectives.
Collaborate with Operational Excellence teams to continuously refine working methods and optimize organizational procedures for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Partner with Finance teams to proactively manage P&Ls, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring financial discipline and strategic resource allocation.
Work alongside HR Business Partners to build, scale, and champion a high-performance, results-driven culture.
Act as a central communication liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow of information across the organization.
Oversee and lead critical business initiatives and special projects from conception through to successful execution.
Deputize for and represent the CEO, maintaining operational momentum and strategic direction in their absence.
Requirements
Significant proven experience in a business management, strategy, or executive-level advisory role within a fast-paced, global organization.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and M&A activities.
A strong background in program and project management, with a proven ability to lead large, cross-functional projects to successful completion.
Experience in policy development and implementation within a corporate framework.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
