Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining a safe, reliable, cost-efficient fleet for the company.
Meets operational needs, oversees compliance with regulatory agencies, manages automotive assets, controls automotive costs, and manages/coaches employees.
Analyzes key Fleet reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) and develops action plans to meet the department goals.
Creates remedial action plans, and follows up with automotive staff to ensure resolution.
Requirements
Conducts cost-benefit analysis to determine which vehicles require or disposal.
Reviews reports to license/permit active assets.
Ensures staff development by coaching, providing feedback and verifying that employees have career goals and plans.
Conducts performance evaluations and resolve individual and group performance issues.
Identifies opportunities for advancing skills and capabilities.

Experience supervising employees
