- Electrical Designer supporting embedded controls for aerospace applications in Puerto Rico. Collaborating within a product team to enhance operational efficiency and validate circuit performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform the electrical design, development, analysis and test of electrical components and circuits within digital control systems
- Implement new electronic equipment designs and modifications of existing designs to improve operational efficiency
- Design and validate circuits meet specified performance, AC timing and signal integrity requirements
- Develop and execute hardware verification test plans and procedures
- Produce designs according to specifications using the most cost effective and efficient means
- Provide technical support for investigation into production and field product failure
- Leverage circuit theory, processing system design and development, instrumentation, semiconductor devices and solid-state devices
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with electrical engineering, circuit design concepts, and/or electronics trouble shooting
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
