Responsibilities
Assist the Administrative Analyst with daily tasks;
Update databases, indices, and currency exchange rates on a daily basis;
Organize the receipt of invoices and maintain contact with suppliers;
Post payments and register suppliers in the system (MXM);
Issue and send expense chargebacks via debit note;
Cash checks and count cash for the cash register;
Validate supplier invoices with the tax department.
Requirements
Pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or Financial Management;
Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
