About the role
- Senior Consultant for HR Systems optimizing SAP SuccessFactors and managing international rollouts in Global People Services. Collaborating with IT teams and conducting workshops in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Ensure stable system operations and execute international rollouts for our global HR system landscape, consisting of SAP SuccessFactors, Aconso and Concur
- Optimize and support selected SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time and Compensation
- Work closely with (international) business units, IT teams and implementation partners to ensure consistent data governance, clear HR processes and a unified architecture
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and deliver training in German and English
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in HR project environments, ideally with cloud-based HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar solutions
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes; ideally you have experience in areas such as talent management, compensation, people analytics or working with HR interfaces
- Excellent German and English skills, a keen interest in digital HR processes and the motivation to work on new topics
