Responsibilities
Ensure stable system operations and carry out international rollouts for our global HR system landscape, consisting of SAP SuccessFactors, Aconso, and Concur
Optimize and support selected SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time, and Compensation
Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, as well as deliver training sessions in German and English
Requirements
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable field
Some relevant professional experience in HR project environments, ideally with cloud-based HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar solutions
Good knowledge of core HR processes and initial experience in areas such as talent management, compensation, people analytics, or working with HR interfaces is desirable
Very good German and English language skills and a strong interest in digital HR processes, with the motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
