About the role
- Junior Consultant HR Systems ensuring stable system operations and conducting global HR rollouts. Supporting modules like Employee Central and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure stable system operations and carry out international rollouts for our global HR system landscape, consisting of SAP SuccessFactors, Aconso, and Concur
- Optimize and support selected SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time, and Compensation
- Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, as well as deliver training sessions in German and English
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable field
- Some relevant professional experience in HR project environments, ideally with cloud-based HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar solutions
- Good knowledge of core HR processes and initial experience in areas such as talent management, compensation, people analytics, or working with HR interfaces is desirable
- Very good German and English language skills and a strong interest in digital HR processes, with the motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
