About the role
- Programme Manager coordinating digital transformation projects in Food and Beverage, Mining, and Process Industries sectors. Leading teams of consultants and technologists for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of digital transformation programmess, including digital system implementations, Smart Connected Operations, Advanced Analytics, and Machine Learning solutions.
- Coordinate teams of consultants, technologists, engineers, and data scientists to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive programme plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Be primary contact for clients, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
- Monitor programme progress against measurements and adjust plans to ensure delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between our teams and client partners across multiple departments including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Manage risks, and dependencies throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Seven+ years of experience in management consulting, programme management, or related roles, with a focus on enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects in the process industries, mining, or related sectors.
- 5+ year of experience with digital processes, and IoT and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Agile/Scrum).
