Responsibilities
Work with distributors to collect required data and ensure validation to avoid discrepancies.
Manage Point of Sale data through cleansing, extracting, and mapping according to established processes.
Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify gaps and resolve issues aligned with data requirements.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to systems and processes to meet stakeholder needs.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 1–4 years of experience in data management and process improvement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with CRM technology and database management.
Familiarity or background in SAP CRM.
Demonstrated analytical, process, and project management skills with problem-solving aptitude.
2+ years of experience in sales support or working with third-party vendors.
