  • International Operations Specialist responsible for 24/7 medical and security assistance. Managing cases, coordinating support solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming assistance requests and manage cases efficiently, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality service delivery
  • Coordinate medical, security, and logistical support solutions using internal resources and external providers
  • Communicate professionally with clients, gather required information, and ensure understanding of each request
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and ensure correct preparation for billing
  • Escalate cases appropriately and support continuous improvement by addressing customer feedback
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in medical, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in training, follow company procedures, promote company values, and maintain a professional work environment

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, travel, healthcare, or call‑centre operations (desirable)
  • High school diploma required; tertiary education preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift‑based environment, including occasional overtime as operational needs arise
