About the role

  • Operations and Projects Manager overseeing day-to-day operations and leading projects at LEAP, a top legal tech provider.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first port of call for day-to-day operational matters.
  • Ensure issues are surfaced, addressed, and resolved promptly.
  • Provide regular updates, clear reporting, and timely escalation.
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Support business planning, team coordination, and ad hoc operational priorities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers.
  • Manage operational projects of varying size.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capture information and communicate it effectively.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement.
