About the role
- Commercial Law Paralegal providing legal assistance to attorneys from hybrid locations in Milwaukee, WI, or Mayfield Heights, OH. Improving processes and ensuring compliance across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance to attorneys and guide communication between company attorneys, outside counsel, organizations and in-house employees.
- Focus on improving processes, implementing solutions, and supporting operational excellence across OGC and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate entities, and research projects as directed by corporate attorneys.
- Report to our General Counsel, Commercial Law and work hybrid schedule in either Milwaukee, WI, or Mayfield Heights, OH.
- Lead process improvement projects within OGC and other teams.
- Improve internal workflows, tools, and governance standards.
- Track project deliverables, create updates, and communicate progress to team members.
- Provide training for legal technology tools.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other departments to implement efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Paralegal certification or coursework; legal operations experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, process improvement, or project management within a legal or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms (CLM tools, e-billing, matter management systems).
