Responsibilities
Responsible for hunting, developing, and growing Rockwell Automation product Business through System Integrator Partners in Vietnam
Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to refine the SI program and sales support strategy
Emphasize driving value and growth of Rockwell Automation through SI partners
Ensure distributor and account managers understand the benefits of collaborating with SI partners
Identify qualified potential SI partners in the market
Work closely with RA, Distributor, and SI teams to establish clear success metrics for partnerships
Conduct quarterly reviews of SI partners business performance
Collaborate to design and implement SI competency programs
Partner with stakeholders to ensure SI strategies are well-documented and effectively implemented
Requirements
Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years selling experience in the industry
Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management dealing with senior internal / external management
Experience in Channel Management and Distribution is advantageous
Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on commercial plans.
