Responsibilities
You are responsible for structured market and customer development within a defined sales territory, primarily for the RIB 4.0 platform.
You will perform your role from our offices, from the mobile office, and on-site at our customers’ locations.
You convince our customers through active listening and enthusiasm for digital transformation.
Building relationships, prospecting, needs analysis, consulting, and leading offer and contract negotiations for our RIB software solutions.
Long-term, close support and development of new and existing customers.
To drive growth, you design and implement regional initiatives and sales concepts.
Execution of regional activities (webinars, on-site events, etc.) and participation in centrally coordinated events and trade shows.
Collaborative working with colleagues in Sales Support, Inside Sales, and Consulting to form the competence team.
Requirements
Initial experience in direct sales, ideally selling process-oriented software solutions (ERP sales, SaaS models, etc.)
Industry knowledge in the construction sector and experience with construction-relevant processes
Strong interest in digitization topics (digital working methods/processes)
Excellent communication and closing skills combined with a strong customer orientation
Team player who aligns objectives and visions with other departments and implements them with added value for our customers
Hybrid work: remote work from home & willingness to travel (approx. 50%) to customers within your sales territory
Very good German and good English (both at C1 level)
