GTM Systems Integration Manager driving Salesforce integration and GTM tool harmonization in AI commerce leader Rezolve. Collaborating across functions to enhance operational efficiency post-acquisition.
Responsibilities
Lead the full integration of acquired companies' Salesforce orgs into Rezolve's Salesforce environment, including migration, cleansing, normalisation, and mapping of all key data objects - Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Cases, and custom objects - ensuring alignment with Rezolve's data model and GTM workflows
Consolidate and reconfigure fields, validation rules, page layouts, automations, and objects to create a unified, scalable Salesforce environment, and provision new users with appropriate profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings
Integrate acquired companies into Rezolve's full GTM tool stack including Amplemarket, Celigo, Gong, NetSuite, PandaDoc, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Looker, Salesforce CPQ, Zendesk, and ZoomInfo, managing user provisioning, configuration, data migration, and settings standardisation across all systems
Ensure accurate and reliable data syncing between GTM tools and Salesforce, maintaining data integrity and consistency across the entire GTM ecosystem throughout and after each integration
Own all data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and import processes for M&A integrations, enforcing Rezolve's data governance standards and resolving duplicate, incomplete, or conflicting data across systems
Serve as the primary integration liaison between MAPS, Revenue Operations, Corporate IT, Product, Business Operations, and the M&A team, facilitating cross-functional discovery sessions to translate acquired companies' processes into Rezolve's GTM framework
Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and enable employees joining through M&A, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing workflows and full team alignment throughout the integration lifecycle
Configure and optimise automations, sync rules, workflows, and integrations across Salesforce and GTM tools, building scalable and repeatable processes and documentation to support a consistent integration playbook for future acquisitions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations, or GTM systems management in a SaaS environment, with Salesforce certification or demonstrable hands-on experience required
Proven experience with Salesforce data migrations including schema mapping, ETL, normalisation, and org consolidation, with the ability to manage complex system integrations from acquired companies
Strong expertise with GTM tools such as Gong, Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms, with experience managing configuration, user provisioning, and system consolidation
Advanced data quality, governance, and hygiene capabilities, with a structured approach to identifying and resolving duplicate, incomplete, or conflicting data across systems
Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce configuration, user management, roles and permissions, automations, and workflow mapping
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Highly organised with the ability to create clear, repeatable processes and documentation that support a scalable integration playbook for future acquisitions
A collaborative team player with strong cross-functional communication skills, able to engage proactively and effectively across all levels of the organisation.
