Responsibilities
Deliver the insight required for the business to make informed GTM and proposition decisions.
Identify opportunities to increase adoption, revenue and competitive advantage.
Empower the Head of GTM & Proposition and Proposition Managers with data, trends and forecasting.
Measure the impact of launches, campaigns and commercial programmes.
Ensure that real behaviour, not assumptions, informs our commercial strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in commercial analysis, GTM analytics, revenue operations, product analytics or strategy roles.
Experience in SaaS, HR tech, digital platforms, benefits or marketplaces is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex datasets.
Experience working with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Product, Marketing).
Familiarity with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and SQL (advantageous).
Analytical Excellence: Proven ability to interpret product, customer and revenue data to create insight.
Commercial Acumen: Understands pricing, segmentation, adoption and customer value.
Data Storytelling: Turns data into compelling narratives and recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance and RevOps.
Detail Orientation: Ensures accuracy and reliability across all reporting.
