Responsibilities
Management of Approvals and New Business: Lead the end-to-end process for approving Mobato with new automakers.
Map the technical, legal and commercial requirements of each manufacturer to ensure compliance.
OEM Focal Point and Customer Success: Act as the official channel of communication for automakers that are already approved.
Ensure that automaker expectations are aligned with Mobato's delivery.
Monitor implementation status across each brand's dealership network, intervening in critical cases to ensure successful adoption.
Product Evolution and Roadmap: Collect strategic feedback from automakers to influence Mobato's product roadmap.
Identify opportunities for customizations or new modules that address a brand's specific needs (e.g., integration with the automaker’s proprietary systems).
Keep automakers informed about platform innovations and new features.
Internal Alignment and Support: Orchestrate corporate-level support for automakers, ensuring that SLAs are met.
Conduct alignment meetings with automakers to present performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
Requirements
Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in After-sales, Dealership Network or Automotive Technology.
Relationship Building: Able to establish and maintain relationships with managers and executives at automakers.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of after-sales processes and workflows. Proficiency with technology tools.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to conduct complex negotiations and manage long-term contracts.
Languages: Advanced English (essential for interfacing with automakers’ global headquarters).
