Responsibilities
Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners
Conduct in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and provide customized quotes
Use a proven, value-based sales process to build trust and close the sale, ideally in the same day
Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with excellence
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience (premium services or high-value transactions preferred)
Strong communication skills and experience with a same day sales closing cycle (required)
Eagerness to learn and apply a structured sales process
Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
Tech-savvy and comfortable using an iPad (required)
