Responsibilities
Lead Special Projects: As you master the marketing funnel, you will spin up and lead other cross-functional initiatives that meaningfully impact the business.
Drive Growth Operations: Own and execute performance marketing channels (SEO, SEM, AEO, GEO) and manage paid ad spend budgets.
Manage Digital Presence: Own our social media presence and content calendar, ensuring alignment between brand messaging and growth goals.
Amplify Content & Events: Partner with the events team to transform webinars and field events into high-velocity growth engines through strategic distribution.
Data & Reporting: Create data-driven reports and dashboards for internal meetings and the executive team to track pipeline contribution and business objectives.
Execute Rapid Experiments: Run rapid-fire tests across paid social, display, and the website; hypothesize, launch, and optimize for key metrics like CAC and ROAS.
Move Fast: Speed is everything. We prioritize progress over perfection to find what works right now.
Measure and report on performance: track pipeline contribution, CPL, ROAS, and iterate based on what’s working (and what’s not).
Requirements
1-3 years in consulting, investment banking, or growth (ideally within a high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS environment).
