Responsibilities
Create, develop, review and implement communication campaigns aimed at the company’s internal teams, focusing on improving integration, alignment and performance of the Student Services areas.
Produce and review internal communication materials, such as announcements, newsletters, manuals, corporate emails and supporting documents, always emphasizing consistency and clarity of information, standardization and engagement of the teams that consume this content.
Support management by collaborating with the Quality and Training teams to create content that improves understanding of processes, best practices and procedures, contributing to teamwork and synergy.
Manage and optimize internal communication channels (Beedoo, Dinamize, corporate emails, communication groups, etc.), ensuring information is delivered efficiently and in an organized way to Student Services staff.
Monitor and analyze results by tracking engagement and the effectiveness of internal communication actions. Prepare management reports with insights and improvement proposals.
Work collaboratively with client areas, especially within the same management (Quality and Training), ensuring smooth collaboration and synergy between teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Journalism, Advertising/Publicity, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields.
Preferred experience in internal communications, with a focus on relationship-building and alignment of Customer/Student Service teams.
Knowledge of internal communication tools (intranet, corporate communication platforms, email marketing, etc.).
Basic graphic design skills desirable (Canva, Photoshop or similar) for creating internal materials.
Knowledge of internal communication metrics analysis (email open/read rates, engagement, etc.).
Clear and concise communicator, with a focus on simplifying processes and engaging internal teams.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands.
Empathy and strong active listening skills to understand team needs and offer communication solutions that meet those demands.
