Payroll Officer at RecruitGo responsible for payroll processing and compliance for Philippine and global clients. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll services by coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payroll in accordance with client timelines, service agreements, and internal SOPs.
Review reconciliation reports and coordinate with Finance for statutory reports and other related tasks.
Supervise payroll disbursements and ensure pay slips are accurately distributed.
Prepare annual tax computations and handle BIR Form 2316 for resigned employees.
Manage submission of monthly statutory contributions and remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees or clients, including basic HR-related concerns.
Coordinate directly with clients on end-to-end payroll implementation and issue resolution.
Identify process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Perform other payroll-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably within a shared services or multi-client setup.
Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements; experience in global payroll is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and payroll software applications.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
