Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in accordance with client timelines, service agreements, and internal SOPs.
- Review reconciliation reports and coordinate with Finance for statutory reports and other related tasks.
- Supervise payroll disbursements and ensure pay slips are accurately distributed.
- Prepare annual tax computations and handle BIR Form 2316 for resigned employees.
- Manage submission of monthly statutory contributions and remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees or clients, including basic HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate directly with clients on end-to-end payroll implementation and issue resolution.
- Identify process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform other payroll-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably within a shared services or multi-client setup.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements; experience in global payroll is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and payroll software applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
