Responsibilities
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects focused on increasing productivity, operational efficiency, reducing losses, and technological upgrades.
- Act as facilitator and/or leader in implementing continuous improvement programs, methodologies, and tools in operations.
- Consolidate and analyze data and indicators for productivity, quality, losses, and costs.
- Conduct analysis meetings with Operations teams and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Develop and execute plans to reduce setup times, format changes, cleaning, and sanitization times.
- Facilitate workshops and training on continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA, among others, at intermediate/advanced level).
- Perform time and motion studies to optimize resources and balance production lines.
- Develop management reports and presentations with the factory’s key KPIs.
- Participate in automation and digitization projects for production processes.
- Monitor and report business performance indicators (OEE, Waste, among others).
- Continuously ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Interact and cooperate continuously with purchasing, finance, innovation, production, engineering, and other areas.
- When necessary, perform feasibility analyses for new manufacturing projects and investments – CAPEX/OPEX.
- Support internal and external audits in the manufacturing area.
- Be a driving force in implementing Reckitt’s continuous improvement strategy, using TPM and WCM tools such as SMED, CapDo, DMAIC, PDCA, 5S, among others, at intermediate/advanced level.
- Participate in new product launch meetings and facilitate the implementation of these new products in manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
- English: intermediate/advanced; Spanish desirable.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Advanced level.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Minitab, etc.) is desirable.
- Experience with business performance indicators.
- Project and risk management.
- Continuous improvement methodologies and tools (TPM, WCM, Lean, SMED, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.).
