Agendar reuniones comerciales para el equipo.
Mantener y optimizar el CRM.
Colaborar en la mejora continua de mensajes, enfoques y estrategia comercial.
Requirements
Experiencia de al menos dos años en roles de prospección comercial B2B (SDR / BDR o similar).
Mentalidad proactiva, curiosa y orientada a impacto.
Capacidad para comunicar con claridad y generar confianza.
Resiliencia y energía para un entorno de alta calidad y de mucha interacción personal.
Interés genuino por áreas de talento, headhunting, cultura organizacional y transformación de empresas.
Residencia idealmente en Madrid, aunque estamos abiertos a valorar otras ubicaciones.
Nivel fluido de español e inglés.
