About the role

  • Sales Development Representative in Contentsquare focused on outbound prospecting and generating qualified sales opportunities. Based in the Milan office with hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and understand business challenges
  • Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed opportunity context
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations
  • Achieve quarterly quotas and goals for qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions

Requirements

  • Driven individual who can achieve and exceed targets while supporting our Southern Europe Sales function
  • Experience in prospecting, outbound calling, and generating qualified opportunities
  • Ability to conduct discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations
