Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from customers and prospects in a professional and efficient manner
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, prospecting campaigns, or sales outreach

Identify and qualify needs to generate sales opportunities
Schedule meetings for the sales team or transfer qualified prospects to sales representatives
Maintain and update customer and prospect information in the CRM
Follow scripts, procedures, and policies while personalizing the customer approach
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and lead follow-up
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback from customers and prospects
Requirements
High school diploma or college diploma, or equivalent experience
Relevant experience in a call center, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development
Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive ability
Comfortable with computers and a strong interest in software and technology
Ability to handle a high call volume and work with performance targets
Professional, service-oriented attitude focused on results and conversions
Basic knowledge of English (an asset)
Experience in B2B sales or the software industry
Familiarity with a CRM or prospecting tools
