Responsibilities
Drive business development for RealSelf’s Booking Integration and related provider products across medspas, aesthetic providers, financial services and more.
Build and manage a proactive pipeline, including outbound outreach, relationship development, and strategic account targeting.
Design and implement processes for our inbound funnel tied to business pages, including product bundling and monetization pathways.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and senior leadership to align on roadmap, launch strategy, and provider feedback.
Contribute to pricing, packaging, and positioning by surfacing market insights and voicing informed, data-backed opinions.
Track and evaluate performance, measuring success through both quantitative metrics (pipeline, conversion, revenue impact) and qualitative outcomes (provider feedback, strategic learnings, ecosystem attributions).
Help define new business development playbooks, turning early experiments into scalable, repeatable processes.
Requirements
4–7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategic growth, ideally in marketplaces, SaaS, healthcare, financial services, or consumer platforms.
Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Strong relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging founders, operators, and clinical leaders.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and technical teams.
Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution—you can zoom out and get scrappy.
Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and building from a blank page.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
NYC-based and able to work hybrid (2 days per week in office).

Exposure to pricing, packaging, or go-to-market experimentation.
