About the role
- Product Designer leading UX/UI design for RapNet's professional diamond marketplace. Shaping product strategy, optimizing user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to shape the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product solutions.
- Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and drive product decisions.
- Optimize the user journey, conversion funnels, and overall platform experience.
- Implement best practices in product operations, agile development, and performance tracking.
- Design high-fidelity, modern UI for web and mobile interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
- Build production-ready UI components (React or similar) in collaboration with engineering.
- Ensure responsive design, performance, accessibility, and consistency throughout the platform.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of UX/UI experience in SaaS or marketplace products.
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX work and developed UI components.
- Experience with front-end UI development (React preferred).
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, information architecture, and usability.
- Strong background in SaaS or marketplace products with measurable success.
- Proven experience driving product strategy and executing on high-impact roadmaps.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth, funnels, and performance.
- Strong communicator and team builder with cross-functional leadership experience.
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams a plus.
