Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations (ER) team.
Creation of new job aids, manuals, and tools.
Assist in the maintenance of confidential employee documentation for current files.
Develop a new organizational system.
Utilize AI tools and Excel for data analysis and reporting on ER metrics and goals.
Assist in production for ER presentations and training sessions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills.
Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in HR.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
